Refund policy

If you would like a refund for your order, please request it within 30 days of purchase. If you have NOT downloaded the file, your refund will be processed. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. If you have already downloaded the file, please contact us to resolve any issues. Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to automatically issue a refund once the file has already been downloaded.
